All prices are subject to availability, prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmation is issued. Tickets are sold as date and time specific. Boarding and Seating conducted on first come first serve basis. While High Quality Tours makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times which may be delayed by any number of factors. High Quality Tours assume no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tours.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your credit card and Tour voucher at the time of departure to staff on location. The departure location is described in each tour details page and is stated on your booking confirmation. We are not held responsible for clients showing up late for tours.

REFUND POLICY
Our tours may be cancelled for a full refund when cancelled before one week of departure. 50% refund if canceled between one week and 48 hours prior to departure; withholding a 50% service fee. All tours are non-refundable when cancelled within 48-hours of the tour’s departure time.
