Q: How far in advance should I book the tickets?
High Quality Tours encourages you to book early. We will try to accommodate any last minute requests, however availability is not guaranteed.

Q: Do you have guaranteed Departures?
Yes High Quality tours does have guaranteed departures – see the Itinerary / Dates and Prices page on this website for a tour’s availability. Please inquire directly for additional details. High Quality Tours assumes no liability or responsibility for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tours.

Q: What forms of payment does High Quality Tours accept?
Our website accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. If you are interested in making a payment using cash or checks please contact us directly.

Q: When do I get a confirmation from an online purchase?
After your online purchase you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will also be e-mailed a confirmation within two hours of completing your purchase. Simply print out your purchased tour confirmation and bring it with you on your day of travel or show us the confirmation email from your mobile device.

Q: Do you allow children on your tours?
Yes, High Quality Tours rates for children are reduced. Please inquire for further details.

Q: How long are the tours?
Each tour will vary. High Quality Tours carefully tailors an itinerary that includes exciting routes throughout NYC. You will always get time for sightseeing or personal breaks. See individual itineraries for further details.

Q: Is there internet access on tours?
Some of our vehicles now have internet access; however please refer to the specific tour details for further information.

Q: Are tour tickets purchased from this website refundable?
Our tours may be cancelled for a full refund when cancelled before one week of departure, 50% refund if canceled between one week and 48 hours prior to departure; withholding a 50% service fee as well as all tours are non-refundable when cancelled within 48-hours of the tour’s departure time.

Q: What is unique about your fleet?
High Quality Tours operates a fleet of brand new luxury vehicles that are uniquely-designed with latest amenities. Our vehicles are designed to fully maximize our clients comfort, with special added features. Our buses are equipped with premier adjustable seating, a state of the art electronics system including multiple LCD monitors, CD/DVD players, wireless microphones, and plenty of storage space for your convenience. These vehicles are perfect to accommodate any of our tours so you can travel in comfort, style, and luxury.

Q: What is included in a Private VIP service and how much do they cost?
The Private VIP packages are customized package that include our vehicle, chauffeur, tour guide and customized itinerary. If you have any special requests and want to travel in luxury anywhere in the USA, contact us for details about your trip.

Q: What is a Private Tour?
A private tour is a fully customized package, which means you will have your own professional tour guide speaking in a language of your preference and a private air-conditioned car/van/coach with your private driver at your service during your trip. From meeting you at the airport (or hotel) upon your arrival, showing you around, guideing you and helping you get to know New York City.
If you take our private package, you will not be mixed with other tourists when sightseeing.

Q What is a SIC Tour?
A SIC Tour stands for Seat-in-Coach Tour, which means you will share an air-conditioned Vehicle with other tourists and you will have an English-speaking tour guide to take you to all the scenic spots listed in the Itinerary for that day. Compared with Private tours, SIC tours are usually less expensive than the Private tours, but Private tours are more flexible.
